How to Return a Product

  2. Access Your Profile: Log in to your customer profile on our website. You'll find a 'Return & Exchange' link which will allow you to initiate the return process.

  3. Initiate the Return: After clicking the 'Return & Exchange' link, follow the on-screen prompts to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is a crucial step for tracking your return.

  4. Package the Item: Safely package the item you wish to return, making sure to include all original packaging and accessories.

  5. Include Paperwork: Insert the original or a copy of the invoice inside the package. Make sure to write your RMA number on the invoice.

  6. Label and Ship: Use a shipping label. Don't forget to include the RMA number on the label. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  7. Notify Us: After you've shipped the item, update the tracking information on your profile under the 'Return & Exchange' section, or notify our customer support team.
